The Training Program
Coach Eze has routinely decreased athletes 60-yard times by up to 0.4 seconds and 40-yard times by 0.2 and 0.3 seconds. This has been achieved by increasing force and rate of force production in the weight room and taking athletes through his comprehensive Speed and Vertical Jump programs.
